Sarah is a board member with Tahoe Arts Alliance.
Sarah is currently the Patron Experience Manager with Classical Tahoe Music Festival & Music Institute, a position she has enjoyed since April 2018. At Classical Tahoe, she manages the box office and is responsible for cultivating subscription, individual ticket and group sales, managing donor relationships and recognition. She overseas communication and marketing efforts including press releases, printed collateral, e-blast communication and social media platforms. She leads website maintenance and the CRM platform Patron Manager for the organization. She helped launch the Brubeck Jazz Summit at Classical Tahoe in 2020. She is developing and implementing a strategic plan for creative consistence including brand advocacy and a publication hand-book.
She previously facilitated member events as Membership Benefits and Programs Senior Coordinator at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston in Houston, Texas.
Sarah holds a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies, Arts and Culture: Program Management and Development from University College, University of Denver. Sarah’s capstone project explored the contemporary role of the museum with suggestions for inclusion programming in the context of linguistic challenges defining the genre of outsider art. Sarah interned with Curious Theatre Company, participated in University of Denver’s Roger Salters Writing Institute and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Boulder, Colorado.
Sarah enjoys writing and reading, visiting museums and galleries, snowboarding and camping. She grew up in Ridgefield, Connecticut and currently resides in Stateline, Nevada.
